• Using Primavera 6 to prepare Master Programme, updating programme monthly;
• Prepare Monthly Progress report & monitoring progress at different stages;
• Identifying critical path & developing schedules / diagrams / graphs;

• Making adjustments to schedules if necessary.

• HD holder or above in Mechanical / Electrical / BS Engineering or equivalent;
• 3 ~ 4 years relevant experience;
• Contractor + Primavera v.6 experience;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Applicant with less experience would be considered as Assistant Planning Engineer.

• Preparation Interim Payment Applications;
• Measuring and Pricing of Variations including agreeing final account;
• Preparation of Cash-flow Projection;
• Assisting on procurement of subcontracts;
• Administration and management of subcontracts;
• Compiling and Updating commercial accounts and records;
• Assisting Project Manager for pursuing contractual claims, preparing claim documents and
  records keeping;
• Assisting Tendering Team in tender preparation, estimation and submission.

• Higher Diploma / Degree or above in related Quantity Surveying or Building Services
  disciplines;
• Min. 5 years relevant experience;
• With relevant experience in E&M trade measurement;
• Good in coordination and communication;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Familiar with using programming software like Primavera 6, Microsoft Project or the like for
  project delay analysis and claim preparation will be an advantage;
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

• Planning, organizing, supervising and coordination for all E&M, P&D, HVAC and BS installation
  activities etc.
• General drawing and engineering work;
• Site inspection and troubleshooting;
• Control of labourer, material and equipment;
• Co-ordination, liaison and meeting with consultant, contractor, builder and other parties;
• Reporting on work progress;
• Cost estimation and variation;
• Commissioning of individual equipment and of whole system

• Fresh Graduate with Degree/ HD in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or
  equivalent;
• Knowledge in AutoCad or Microstation;
• Strong in material brand is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and independently

• 5+ Years' relevant working experience for Engineer position
• Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma / High Certificate in relevant discipline
• Relevant experience in BS / E&M contracting firm / consultant is preferable
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is required
• Familiar in AutoCAD, MicroStation and BIM will be an asset
• Knowledge in Primavera P6 is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Engineer

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with the License Plumber is highly preferred
• Candidate being an Authorized Signatory in Building Department (Ventilation Works Category)
  is definitely welcomed
